Job Requirements
- ServSafe certification
- Moe's Manager certification
- Ability to handle prolonged standing, bending, stooping and lifting items up to 50 pounds
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to conduct effective interviews
- Capability to supervise 15 to 25 team members
- Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week with variable hours occasionally
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- Previous restaurant experience is a must
- Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must agree to a background check
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction in quality, service and cleanliness and respond to guest complaints
- Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- Maintain an accurate staffing plan, interview prospective employees and ensure staffing procedures are followed
- Develop team members by providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews
- Enforce food safety standards and ensure compliance with health inspections and Sterling operational standards
- Manage food flow to ensure quality, proper portioning and minimize waste
- Ensure security procedures are in place to protect guests, employees and assets
- Manage effective shift operations
- Investigate and address complaints from mystery shopper reports
- Adhere to financial goals including sales, labor hours and food costs
- Analyze monthly profit and loss to improve profitability
- Complete financial reporting accurately and on time
- Organize one spirit night per month and maintain community involvement
