Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience running a quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment preferred
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Understanding of restaurant operational standards and customer service excellence
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to set goals, monitor progress, and coach teams
- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set the restaurant’s goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring a positive work environment and excellent customer experience
