Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience running a quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment preferred
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Understanding of restaurant operational standards and customer service excellence
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to set goals, monitor progress, and coach teams
  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set the restaurant’s goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring a positive work environment and excellent customer experience
