Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license
  • able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8 plus hours
  • two or more years of management experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
  • bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years management experience preferably in restaurant operations
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • experience in coaching and mentoring team members

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to enhance performance
  • ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met
  • interact with customers to provide outstanding service
  • manage inventory and control costs
  • oversee staff scheduling and labor management
  • handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
