Job Requirements

  • Experience working in an upscale high-end restaurant
  • Proven ability to manage both front of house and back of house operations
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Familiarity with payroll and inventory management systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or related role required

Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations
  • Hire, train, and coach all team members
  • Create and manage a warm, welcoming, and team-oriented environment
  • Ensure all food and beverage products meet the high standards of our guests and owners
  • Drive sales and reduce cost
  • Maintain safety procedures to ensure the well being of all guests and team members
  • Maintain all health code requirements for the restaurant
  • Perform all necessary administrative tasks such as creating schedules, managing inventory, ordering supplies, tracking labor and processing payroll
