Job Requirements
- Experience working in an upscale high-end restaurant
- Proven ability to manage both front of house and back of house operations
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Familiarity with payroll and inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
- Prior experience in restaurant management or related role required

Job Duties
- Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and coach all team members
- Create and manage a warm, welcoming, and team-oriented environment
- Ensure all food and beverage products meet the high standards of our guests and owners
- Drive sales and reduce cost
- Maintain safety procedures to ensure the well being of all guests and team members
- Maintain all health code requirements for the restaurant
- Perform all necessary administrative tasks such as creating schedules, managing inventory, ordering supplies, tracking labor and processing payroll
