Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage cash handling and inventory
- Knowledge of food safety and health codes
- Ability to create schedules and manage staff
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and store appearance

Job Duties
- Manage overall store operations
- Motivate and mentor all employees to deliver customer service excellence
- Manage profit and loss, meet store-level sales targets and control staffing and inventory costs, along with other operating costs
- Ensure orders are made according to recipe and procedure
- maintain excellent drink/food consistency and quality
- Promote the Beyond Juice brand and pay attention to details
- maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Oversee the sanitation of workstations including floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, blenders, other equipment, and utensils
- Ensure team members comply with food safety and health codes, and cash handling procedures
- Keep inventory organized, and all equipment in clean/good working condition
- Understand and strictly enforce store policy while creating a positive and productive working environment
- Recognizing employees for outstanding work performance while providing necessary constructive feedback
- Constantly training, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees
- Making schedules for all shifts, approve and keep track of any changes to shifts
- Ensuring retail cooler is properly stocked and organized
- Cash handling and depositing
- make sure the actual cash amount is consistent with the POS system
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the company, drive and manage workplace change
