- Prior experience in fast food or restaurant management

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives are reached in all areas while following all company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a "People Excellence" environment
- Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant
