  • Prior experience in fast food or restaurant management

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives are reached in all areas while following all company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a "People Excellence" environment
  • Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant
