Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant environment
- knowledge of USDA and state alcohol serving regulations for managers
- ability to stand for entire shifts and walk for long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, handle objects and controls
- capacity to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- effective verbal communication skills
- good vision including color and depth perception
- ability to access all areas of the restaurant
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- compliance with company safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants strongly preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees including terminations
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture and promote employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction

- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash security and inventory
- manage profit and loss including food and labor costs
- control food costs through recipe and portion control
- optimize labor scheduling and monitor sales performance
- ensure proper use of equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform other duties as assigned
