Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a 50-hour work week
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant or hospitality experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to lead FOH and BOH operations
  • Experience with project management and innovation leadership
  • Pro-active thinking and entrepreneurial attitude

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant FOH and BOH
  • Lead member of the restaurant management team
  • Evaluate and define the guest experience at various points along the guest journey
  • Build differentiated guest experience programs based on customer needs and observational research of customer driven data and insights
  • Help develop a culture of finding innovative solutions to business and brand challenges
  • Create process around ideating, developing, iterating and bringing programs to life in the restaurants, including throughout the franchise community
  • Swift, high-quality decision making, informed by insights, but not paralyzed when faced with a lack of it
