Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- State Real Estate license required
- CPM and/or RPA designation or in progress
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience preferably in commercial management
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Angus, accounting software such as MRI, Yardi, or CTI preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reports including budget variance analysis
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to foster a positive working environment
- Leadership and direction skills for team growth
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Professionally represent Transwestern while adhering to management agreement terms
- Responsible for lease administration
- Ensure compliance with property management policies, codes, regulations, and governmental directives
- Provide management and leadership to property staff including hiring and performance management
- Develop and conduct comprehensive property inspection processes
- Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations
- Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts adhering to procurement requirements
- Coordinate with third-party owners and accounting teams for contract compliance and timely reporting
- Oversee tenant and building construction work ensuring timely completion
- Participate in leasing and client meetings facilitating effective communication
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, external and internal clients
- Represent and communicate authority of the property manager clearly and legally
- Coordinate training and development activities for team members
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by senior leadership and clients/owners
