Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week

  • Experience in managing restaurant operations preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability in conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication skills
