Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week
