Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- knowledge of company policies and applicable laws
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage staff and operations
- proficiency in scheduling and inventory management
- commitment to safety and health standards
- availability to work various shifts and weekends
- physical ability to stand for entire shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, bend and stoop
- ability to use vision and communicate verbally
- able to access all restaurant areas
- adherence to state alcohol serving laws for applicable positions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and variances to management
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests while resolving food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost control and profit management
- ensure OSHA, health, and safety compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash handling, inventory, labor scheduling, and food costs
- manage labor and inventory using company tools
- ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain facilities and assets
