Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in a management role preferably in food service
  • ability to handle physical demands of the role including bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • comfort working in various temperature conditions and near open flames
  • possess dexterity to handle kitchen tools and equipment
  • must maintain effective communication
  • ability to work in tight spaces
  • vision requirements including close, distance, and peripheral vision
  • ability to sit, squat, kneel occasionally
  • commitment to working safely and attentively
  • flexibility to work outdoor weather conditions if necessary
