Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or food service management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching
  • Willingness to work in various environmental conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in team leadership or management roles
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge or passion for coffee and tea preferred
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members

  • Proficient in managing store operations and profitability
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment

Job Duties

  • Lead by example by driving profitability, service, performance, and operational excellence through coaching and training
  • Be a coffee and tea expert by sharing passion and training with team and guests providing a total quality experience
  • Generate new guests by promoting in-store engagement and online presence
  • Ensure a safe store environment prioritizing healthy employees and guests
  • Manage store profitability by tracking sales, overseeing daily operations, and risk management
  • Create memorable guest experiences through creative visual merchandising and product placement
  • Build store presence by connecting with local community to attract and retain talent
  • Mentor Assistant General Manager and other staff by sharing knowledge and embodying guiding principles
