Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or food service management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching
- Willingness to work in various environmental conditions

Job Duties
- Lead by example by driving profitability, service, performance, and operational excellence through coaching and training
- Be a coffee and tea expert by sharing passion and training with team and guests providing a total quality experience
- Generate new guests by promoting in-store engagement and online presence
- Ensure a safe store environment prioritizing healthy employees and guests
- Manage store profitability by tracking sales, overseeing daily operations, and risk management
- Create memorable guest experiences through creative visual merchandising and product placement
- Build store presence by connecting with local community to attract and retain talent
- Mentor Assistant General Manager and other staff by sharing knowledge and embodying guiding principles
