Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two years of restaurant management or supervision experience preferred
  • Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and satisfactory vehicle
  • Ability to drive in accordance with state laws
  • Strong cash management skills
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Provide quality products to customers by building and maintaining quality systems with team members
  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns
  • Solicit and use customer feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty
  • Communicate, train, and promote quality standards using company manuals and handbooks
  • Actively recruit and maintain adequate staffing levels
  • Orient, train, and ensure team compliance with appearance and performance standards
  • Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary issues appropriately
  • Coach and develop team members to foster customer focus and teamwork
  • Manage sales goals by providing friendly service and training
  • Execute local restaurant marketing and community engagement
  • Manage profit goals by controlling food, labor, and other costs
  • Utilize the FOCUS system to identify and resolve budget deviations
  • Perform administrative and cash management duties
  • Plan and manage inventory to meet sales demands and minimize loss
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety standards
  • Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs as needed
