Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with some assistance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems

Job Duties

  • Help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center's financial goals, including driving food and beverage sales
  • Review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with team
  • Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Oversee multiple departments and conduct regular management meetings to review performance and adjust action plans
  • Maintain high team morale and address HR and loss prevention issues
  • Ensure customer complaints are resolved and guest satisfaction is maintained
  • Manage and expand Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality and excellent guest satisfaction
  • Work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
