Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in line with company policies
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and handle disciplinary actions including terminations
- foster a positive employee engagement culture
- coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a hospitable environment
- communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to staff
- assist with team member duties as needed
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- resolve guest complaints and ensure food quality
- maintain cost controls and restaurant profitability
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security standards
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control inventory, cash, and labor costs
- manage facility and equipment maintenance
- perform other duties as assigned
