  • Lead your restaurant team to achieve high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set performance goals and execute strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • hire, train, and develop department and shift managers to ensure long-term leadership stability
  • partner with your area supervisor to align on goals, staffing, and execution
  • create a workplace culture of accountability, recognition, and personal growth
  • ensure safety, compliance, and brand standards are met daily
