Job Requirements
- 3-5 plus years of restaurant management experience in high volume, full-service environment
- Must have a passion for hospitality
- Results driven, trustworthy, and team oriented
- Food manager certification
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred

Job Duties
- Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans to reflect sales climate and restaurant performance
- Drive top line sales through stellar experiences, strategic partnerships, and leadership
- Manage controllable expenses to control costs and develop systems for expense management
- Oversee labor management with accurate sales forecasting and weekly schedule reviews
- Ensure restaurant safety, cleanliness, and organization for both guests and behind the scenes
- Partner with the Chef de Cuisine to deliver authentic culinary menus for daily dining and special events
- Lead Bar Manager in curating small-batch craft cocktail and Tequila lists and bar program
- Collaborate with FB Experiences and FB Society to create innovative dining and event experiences
- Hire, train, and retain top talent in the industry
- Execute orientation and onboarding for new hires and managers
- Cultivate a luxurious, comfortable culture that promotes excellence and engagement
- Coach and provide feedback consistently to uphold team standards
- Develop team to take ownership of their areas and shift standards
- Lead manager meetings focused on sales, financials, wins, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with managers to review progress and set goals
- Grow internal talent with a forward-looking 'always ready with the next one' philosophy
