Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- significant experience in hotel management, preferably in a general manager role
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams
- understanding of hotel operational systems and procedures
- physical ability to meet job demands including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly

Job Duties
- oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
- provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success
- execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and implement dynamic revenue management strategies
- maintain strong financial controls to maximize profitability
- manage day-to-day staff and guest relations ensuring a superior guest experience
- cultivate and develop a dynamic team focused on hospitality excellence
- maintain and enhance owner relations partnerships
