Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software

  • Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that all employees are informed and up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures
