  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior general manager experience in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting

  • Prior general manager experience
  • Preferably Marriott experience
  • Prior food and beverage experience
  • Proven track record of outstanding financial results
  • Effective hiring, mentoring and leadership abilities
  • Ability to drive guest satisfaction scores
  • Strong organizational and detail orientation
  • Experience leading passionate hospitality teams
  • Strong sales and networking skills
  • Revenue management experience preferred
