- Prior general manager experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Experience with financial management and budgeting

- Prior general manager experience
- Preferably Marriott experience
- Prior food and beverage experience

- Strong sales and networking skills
- Revenue management experience preferred
