Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in the restaurant industry
- able to work a standard 47.5 to 50 hour work week
- able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
- basic knowledge of computers
- able to stand for long periods of time
- able to work long hours
- able to work around heat and others in close quarters
- able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- able to move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and employee work performance
- able to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years in management position preferably restaurant experience
- basic knowledge of computers
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P and L management
- organizational, planning and time management skills
- team building skills
- problem solving skills
- good verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
