Job Duties
- develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- manage day-to-day operations of the center including scheduling, planning, organizing, and team communication
- supervise and direct regular training for all staff to ensure proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention and company standards
- conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements
- maintain high team morale and address center-level HR and loss prevention issues
- ensure customer complaints are resolved and achieve guest service goals
- oversee and expand the center's food and beverage program maintaining quality standards and guest satisfaction
- work flexibly including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
