Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in full service restaurant or food service operations
  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent problem-solving abilities

  • ability to lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
  • manage day-to-day operations of the center including scheduling, planning, organizing, and team communication
  • supervise and direct regular training for all staff to ensure proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention and company standards
  • conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements
  • maintain high team morale and address center-level HR and loss prevention issues
  • ensure customer complaints are resolved and achieve guest service goals
  • oversee and expand the center's food and beverage program maintaining quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • work flexibly including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
