Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Has an automobile with required insurance coverage available for company use
- Valid driver’s license
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Completion of all internal certification programs

Job Duties
- Operate the restaurant in an efficient manner, promoting friendly service and high-quality food
- Maintain all restaurant areas clean, sanitized, organized and running smoothly
- Exhibit high awareness in customer relations and promote the same to team members
- Recruit, interview, and hire or approve hiring of hourly team members
- Ensure all I-9 form compliance with employees hired
- Properly train or ascertain proper training of all personnel
- Monitor and control product inventory including stock rotation and storage
- Purchase and receive items, check invoices for accuracy
- Process administrative forms, invoices and paperwork as instructed
- Adhere to production standards and food cost controls
- Schedule personnel and assign duties
- Manage labor costs effectively
- Understand P&Ls to run operations
- Implement in-store marketing and ensure compliance
- Carry out public relations assignments
- Maintain preventative maintenance programs
- Follow security policy guidelines
- Carry out operational procedures as outlined in manuals and handbooks
- Participate in company goal achievement
- Ensure compliance with cash procedures
- Maintain operating reports
- Complete shift-change procedures
- Be proficient in all team member positions
- Conduct performance reviews per company guidelines
- Follow company policies in employee counseling and discharge
- Maintain speed of service standards
- Ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- Forecast sales, product production and labor needs
- Ensure company policy compliance
- Make guests feel special
- Other duties as assigned by management
