Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or related hospitality environment
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Proficient in financial analysis and business performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Knowledge of operational procedures in a restaurant setting
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations
- Experience in recruiting, selecting, and retaining staff
- Ability to execute and lead change initiatives effectively
Job Duties

- Coaches and drives excellence around core operations procedures such as shift accountability, product projections, repairs and maintenance spending, cost of sales/cost of labor controls
- Uses leadership styles like High Impact Coaching, EARS, Period Business Review and stewardship meetings to identify and close performance gaps

- Holds team accountable by using the Performance Management process

- Demonstrates belief in all people through strong execution of recruiting, selection, development, and retention tools

- Analyzes financial performance of the restaurant to understand trends and comparisons with competitors
