Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding conditions
  • Must be able to bend reach and handle kitchen equipment
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and near open flames
  • Capable of working in tight spaces and maintaining communication
  • Ability to sit squat kneel occasionally and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must maintain alertness and work safely at all times
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is preferred
