Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years in management position preferably restaurant experience
- ability to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to work around heat and close quarters with others
- ability to move throughout the restaurant and observe operations and employee performance
- able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- able to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years in management position preferably restaurant experience
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and profit and loss management
- organizational, planning and time management skills
