Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years in management position preferably restaurant experience
  • ability to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • ability to work around heat and close quarters with others
  • ability to move throughout the restaurant and observe operations and employee performance
  • able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • able to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years in management position preferably restaurant experience
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and profit and loss management
  • organizational, planning and time management skills
