Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to handle stressful and fast-paced environments
  • Must work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
  • Must be proficient in relevant technology and software
  • Effective communication skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Must be able to stand and remain stationary for several hours
  • Ability to lift and transport supplies up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to perform physical inspection tasks
  • Willingness to travel as required

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work together with all team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel facilities and amenities
  • Support all groups and events at the hotel actively
  • Answer incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
  • Keep all areas clean and well-organized, including guest rooms and public spaces
  • Participate in cleaning tasks as needed to maintain cleanliness and safety
  • Greet guests politely while performing cleaning duties
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
  • Ensure shift handover reports are accurate and submitted timely
  • Wear a clean, approved uniform and maintain proper grooming standards
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Exhibit a can-do attitude by going beyond traditional roles to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with all team members to foster a welcoming environment
  • Conduct daily supervision walks through guest rooms and public spaces
  • Onboard new team members and ensure adherence to onboarding processes
  • Oversee auditing of daily summary and night audit processes
  • Manage shift handover reports and upload daily reports to storage
  • Ensure compliance with brand quality assurance standards
  • Enforce uniform and apparel standards
  • Certify fire and life safety inspections are current and correct deficiencies
  • Confirm completion and quality of preventative maintenance tasks
  • Manage adherence to work schedules and shift assignments
  • Build a culture of learning and safety among team members
  • Provide required training and develop employee skills and career paths
  • Offer daily feedback with candor and positivity
  • Review team member time clock punches per policy
  • Process purchase orders and manage invoice approvals
  • Maintain storage cleanliness and follow inventory procedures
