Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand for long periods without a break
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- capable of working in hot and cold environments
- able to travel to multiple store locations
- experience conducting physical inspections of restaurant areas
- able to manage and inspect supplies
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- experience in P&L analysis and corrective measures
- supervisory and leadership skills
- planning and budgeting expertise
- training and development practices
- effective interviewing skills
Job Duties
- Meets budgeted sales targets
- sets controllable cost targets
- develops and executes a local store marketing plan
- hires, trains and manages subordinate managers
- maintains store cleanliness and quality standards
- resolves customer complaints promptly
- manages production labor control and food cost control
- conducts management performance reviews
- manages shifts effectively using operational guidelines
- ensures compliance with health and safety policies
