Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • capable of working in hot and cold environments
  • able to travel to multiple store locations
  • experience conducting physical inspections of restaurant areas
  • able to manage and inspect supplies

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • experience in P&L analysis and corrective measures

Job Duties
