Job Requirements

- previous experience as a general manager in a high volume location

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead a team of department managers by providing coaching, feedback, and direction
- oversee hiring and developing department and shift managers
- monitor and improve departmental performance
- ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
- manage staffing and scheduling to optimize restaurant performance
