Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • experience managing a fast paced, high volume restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a general manager in a high volume location
  • background in quick service restaurants or related experience in hospitality or retail

  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • age 18 or older
  • commitment to delivering high quality customer service

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of department managers by providing coaching, feedback, and direction
  • oversee hiring and developing department and shift managers
  • monitor and improve departmental performance
  • ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
  • manage staffing and scheduling to optimize restaurant performance
