Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume, full-service environment
- Must have a passion for hospitality
- Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
- Food Manager Certification
- Bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred
- Ability to create and adjust operational plans
- Skilled in labor management and cost control
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workplace
- Authorization to work as required by law
- Participation in E-Verify program in specified states
Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
- Proven results-driven leadership with trustworthiness and team orientation
- Food Manager Certification
- Bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field preferred
- Strong skills in business strategy, operations management, and team development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of wine and beverage programs beneficial
Job Duties
- Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans to align with sales climate and performance
- Drive top-line sales through excellent guest experiences, strategic partnerships, and leadership
- Manage costs by controlling expenses and developing effective management systems
- Oversee labor management with accurate sales forecasting and scheduling
- Maintain a safe, organized, and pristine restaurant environment
- Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine on culinary menu and ingredient quality
- Lead Bar Manager in curating craft cocktail and spirits program
- Partner with experience leaders to develop innovative in-restaurant and community events
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team through hiring, training, and retention
- Conduct orientation and onboarding processes for new hires and managers
- Foster a luxurious and inclusive team culture focused on high standards and coaching
- Assign and oversee Areas of Responsibility, ensuring performance standards are met
- Conduct manager meetings and one-on-one sessions to review progress and goals
- Promote internal talent growth to support brand expansion
