Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- physical capability to stand and walk for entire shift
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, handle objects and controls

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct employee work
- appraise performance and discipline employees, including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape the restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members
- model professional behavior and create a welcoming atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and corporate programs to management and staff
- assist team members as needed with job duties
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain cost controls and profit management
- ensure OSHA, health, safety, and security policies compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- oversee cash control/security, inventory, food and labor management, financial reporting, and scheduling
- manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
- control food costs with recipe and portion control and conduct weekly inventory
- optimize labor costs through scheduling and sales performance monitoring
- ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform other assigned duties
