Job Requirements
- 5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume food & beverage operations
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage profit and loss statements
- Strong business acumen with experience in cost controls and labor management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to maintain high guest service standards
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day operations across attractions, food & beverage, events, and guest services
- Recruit, train, and develop department managers and 150+ team members
- Drive revenue through strong business acumen, cost controls, and labor management
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to maximize group, party, and membership opportunities
- Ensure all attractions operate safely and consistently while maintaining top-notch guest service
- Uphold company standards, policies, and core values
- Build strong community relationships and represent FastTrax as a leader in family entertainment
