Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and handle employee rewards, discipline, and termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape the culture of the restaurant to ensure employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and future variances to management team
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, labor and review financial reports and schedules
- Manage food, labor, and other controllable costs
- Follow recipes and portion control
- Oversee weekly inventory process
- Optimize employee schedules using labor scheduling tools
- Ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
