Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience in restaurant environment
- minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- compliance with state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use hands for handling objects
- ability to taste and smell
- verbal communication skills
- vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- ability to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock, and register
- willingness to follow updated safety and sanitation procedures and CDC guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise employee performance
- reward and discipline employees including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture and promote employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members
- model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and anticipated variances to management
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- assist team members as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests
- investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- ensure OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness
- control operations including cash control, inventory, and financial review
- manage P&L including food, labor, and other controllable costs
- follow recipes and portion control
- manage labor scheduling and performance
- ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and facility
- perform all other duties as assigned
