Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a general manager or assistant manager in retail or food service
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to lift up to 65 pounds and perform physical job tasks
  • willingness to work about 50 hours per week including some weekends
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ability to work with a hot torch safely

  • proven track record of sales growth and team development
  • strong understanding of profit and loss management
  • excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • ability to make strategic decisions and manage multiple responsibilities
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • lead the store operations and achieve overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development
  • recruit and hire great associates including seasonal workers
  • execute business plans to grow sales and profitability
  • coach and develop store team members to build talent and improve performance
  • maintain uncompromised product quality and customer experience
  • manage inventory, financials, and store compliance
  • engage with the local community to build relationships and promote the brand
