Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a general manager or assistant manager in retail or food service
- strong customer service skills
- ability to lift up to 65 pounds and perform physical job tasks
- willingness to work about 50 hours per week including some weekends
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to work with a hot torch safely

- proven track record of sales growth and team development
- strong understanding of profit and loss management
- excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- ability to make strategic decisions and manage multiple responsibilities
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- lead the store operations and achieve overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development
- recruit and hire great associates including seasonal workers
- execute business plans to grow sales and profitability
- coach and develop store team members to build talent and improve performance
- maintain uncompromised product quality and customer experience
- manage inventory, financials, and store compliance
- engage with the local community to build relationships and promote the brand
