  • ability to work 50 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Coach and develop crew members
  • provide excellent customer service
  • manage daily restaurant operations including supervising, scheduling, hiring, training, and team development
  • oversee all aspects of the restaurant's financial performance
  • learn and perform basic store operations including food preparation and guest services
  • fill in where needed during short-handed or busy times
  • ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times
  • work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • communicate clearly and effectively
  • commit to a 50-hour work week
