Job Requirements

HSD or GED preferred
Passion for helping and serving others
1 or more years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US military service
Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
Strong customer service and support focus
Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Lead the experience by managing all restaurant aspects including food production, guest service, and team direction
Plan for success through proactive management of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
Train, coach, and motivate crew and managers
Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, food ordering, and cost control
Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards of excellence
Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed excellence standards
