Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve business goals
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to maintain high performance
  • Oversee food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage Profit and Loss including sales forecasting and staffing
  • Implement creative marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently
  • Assist in operations wherever needed to support the team
