Job Requirements

Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment
Ability to oversee food preparation and cleanliness
Strong leadership and team development skills
Willingness to assist in various operational tasks
Understanding of sales forecasting and financial management

Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant management experience
Strong business acumen including P&L management
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Effective team leadership and communication skills
Experience with sales forecasting and staffing
Ability to foster positive guest experiences
Creativity in marketing and community outreach

Job Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve business goals
Hire, train, and develop staff to maintain high performance
Oversee food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
Manage Profit and Loss including sales forecasting and staffing
Implement creative marketing and community engagement initiatives
Deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently
Assist in operations wherever needed to support the team
