Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- prior restaurant or management experience preferred
- ability to lead and develop teams
- strong understanding of food safety and safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead all people aspects of a Fired Pie restaurant including hiring, training, coaching, and development
- ensure the safety of guests and associates through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
- lead all guest components of a Fired Pie restaurant including excellent food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness using proven systems and routines
- lead all financial areas of a Fired Pie restaurant including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth
- apply thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures, and practices utilized within unit managed
- understand ways in which unit relates to and impacts P.I.E.
- seek information regarding trends affecting food service industry
