Job Requirements

- Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations including food preparation, cleanliness, and organization
- Manage profit and loss by controlling costs and driving sales
- Hire, train, and develop team members to create a positive work environment
- Develop and execute creative local marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience consistently
- Assist in day-to-day duties and fill in operational gaps as needed
