Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations including food preparation, cleanliness, and organization
  • Manage profit and loss by controlling costs and driving sales
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to create a positive work environment
  • Develop and execute creative local marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience consistently
  • Assist in day-to-day duties and fill in operational gaps as needed
