Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or supervisory role
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of hotel operational procedures and policies
- ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- proficiency in microsoft office and hotel management software
- valid certifications as applicable (food handlers, alcohol awareness, cpr, first aid)
- ability to enforce laws and company policies
- capability to handle guest complaints professionally
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- ensure cleanliness and maintenance of property
- maintain property in compliance with brand standards
- ensure hotel is fully staffed
- conduct employee performance reviews on time
- perform other duties as assigned
