Job Requirements

  • strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently, lead, manage and motivate a team
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 2 years continuous experience in a family restaurant or fast food environment
  • positive track record of controlling cost
  • proven work experience as a restaurant manager, restaurant general manager, hospitality manager, or similar role
  • bilingual (Spanish) candidate a plus
