Job Requirements
- strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently, lead, manage and motivate a team
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- 2 years continuous experience in a family restaurant or fast food environment
- positive track record of controlling cost
- proven work experience as a restaurant manager, restaurant general manager, hospitality manager, or similar role
- bilingual (Spanish) candidate a plus
