Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant management experience
  • ability to stand and walk for 10 hours a day
  • ability to lift and carry items up to 75lbs
  • availability to work varied hours and days
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • commitment to customer service
  • physical ability to access all areas of the restaurant and perform reaching, bending, and stooping
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • ensure that all company standard operation procedures are followed
  • teach and practice Freddy's standards of quality, timeliness, and service
  • maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes, and trust-based relationships with all personnel
  • ensure that customer satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
  • conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
  • ensure quality control standards and procedures are strictly enforced
  • monitor sales trends, develop forecasts, and make effective decisions to control the key cost of sales and labor
  • ensure full restaurant compliance with all health department regulations
  • address critical violations on self-inspections and health department reports with corrective action
  • enthusiastically meet guests needs and resolve guest complaints
  • review and approve all schedules and forecasts
  • coordinate opening and closing activities
  • complete all operational checklists daily
  • ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed
  • resolve conflicts and improve team members performance issues
  • use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Internet effectively
