Job Duties
- Lead all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service and crew management
- Manage people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach and motivate employees to achieve performance goals
- Plan and make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food costs
- Ensure food safety standards are met and exceeded
- Maintain high safety standards for guests and employees
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to meet standards of excellence
