Prior experience in restaurant management
ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Capable of maintaining health and safety standards

Job Duties

Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and great guest experiences
Hire, train, and mentor team members
Create and manage the weekly staff schedule
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
Handle cash deposits and basic reporting
