Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of Abby's Restaurant to assure quality food, sanitation, and customer service
- Monitor sales volumes to maintain proper staffing levels
- Personally resolve all store-level customer complaints
- Maintain quality standards for staff, salad bar, restrooms, and dining areas
- Inspect food and beverage production areas for quality and safety compliance
- Coordinate training and development of subordinate managers
- Administer personnel matters including promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Maintain high employee morale and minimize turnover
