Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a general manager is essential
- Experience in food and beverage management is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Local market knowledge is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Provide vision, leadership, and strategic planning to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success
- Enable innovation and drive results through successful sales and marketing campaigns and dynamic revenue management
- Manage strong owner relations partnerships and ensure alignment of business goals
- Build and develop a dynamic and effective team committed to high-quality guest service
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
- Adapt to flexible work shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
