Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a general manager is essential
  • Experience in food and beverage management is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Local market knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategic planning to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success
  • Enable innovation and drive results through successful sales and marketing campaigns and dynamic revenue management
  • Manage strong owner relations partnerships and ensure alignment of business goals
  • Build and develop a dynamic and effective team committed to high-quality guest service
  • Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
  • Adapt to flexible work shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
