Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or related field
- Previous hotel management experience required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in financial planning and budgeting
- Ability to manage and lead a diverse team
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates
- Tour and visually inspect property daily
- Monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness, quality of product, and service
- Supervise development and revision of business plan, budget, financial reports, and forecasts
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans
- Review occupancy and revenue reports and partner with revenue management
- Maintain positive rapport with associates and customers
- Handle associate issues appropriately with human resources
- Participate in community affairs and maintain positive public image
- Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed
- Travel for corporate meetings and sales trips
- Monitor quality assurance scores and guest feedback
- Create action plans to improve guest service score
- Oversee sales department operations
- Participate in community networking
- Perform other duties as requested by management
