Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a restaurant managerial role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all company standard operation procedures are followed
  • Teach and practice Freddy's standards of quality, timeliness, and service
  • Maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes, and trust-based relationships with all personnel
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
  • Lead by example by maintaining professional image, appearance, and language
  • Conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
  • Ensure quality control standards and portion control guidelines are strictly enforced
  • Monitor sales trends, develop forecasts, and make effective decisions to control costs and labor
  • Maximize productivity without compromising quality standards
  • Ensure full restaurant compliance with all health department regulations
  • Immediately address critical violations and provide corrective actions
  • Conduct regular inspections and correct ongoing issues
  • Meet guests needs enthusiastically and resolve guest complaints with commitment to satisfaction
  • Review and approve all schedules and forecasts
  • Coordinate opening and closing activities timely and safely
  • Complete all operational checklists daily
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed
  • Complete paperwork and administrative forms correctly and timely
  • Resolve conflicts and improve team performance constructively
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and the Internet
  • Maintain physical stamina for standing and walking 10 hours a day
  • Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry and stoop
  • Freely access all areas of the restaurant
  • Handle items weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Work varied hours and days to oversee store operation
